Pre-teen Group

Time:
Group is for male/female ages 8-11. Discusses different topics such as strangers, bullies, proper diet and exercise, sexual abuse awareness, how to treat others, family, divorce, self esteem etc. Allows kids to freely and comfortably interact with and question an adult who is there to guide them.

Teen Group

Time:
Group is for male/female ages 12-18. This group may be split between older and younger teens depending on number of members. The group will address issues such as: family life, peers, school, dating, sex, responsibility, high school and beyond, self esteem, depression, cigarette smoking, drug/alcohol abuse, loss, and/or leaving home in the appropriate way.

Adult Groups

Alcohol/ Substance abuse (M/F)

Victims of alcohol and drug abuse come together for support and healing.

Depression (M/F)

For victims of this terrible affliction of the mind.

Post Traumatic Stress Relief (M/F)

Post traumatic stress disorder is a terrible yet common apsychological state, where the mind just cannot let go of a situation that scared it. However, there many simple and not so simple tricks for short and long term releif from the anxiety associated with PTSD. Examples include, but are not limited to: Shell shocked veterins, victims of violent assault/ robberies etc.

For relief of stress and anxiety associated with pregnancy.
